Return Policy – Lynelle

At Lynelle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not entirely happy, you have the right to return your item under the conditions outlined below.


1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day you – or a person designated by you, who is not the carrier – received the item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear statement that you wish to return the product.
This can be done via email at info@bylynelle.com.
You may use a standard withdrawal form, but this is not required.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your message before the 30-day period expires.


2. Returning Items

Once you have notified us of your decision to withdraw, the item must be returned no later than 30 days after that notification.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories if possible.

Returns should be sent to the address provided by our customer service.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
We recommend using track & trace shipping so you can document that the package was sent.


3. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will issue a refund as soon as possible — and no later than 14 days after receipt.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the item or you have provided proof of shipment — whichever occurs first.


4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to agreements concerning the delivery of:

  • Items made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized,

  • Perishable goods or items that may quickly expire,

  • Sealed items which, for health or hygiene reasons, are unsuitable for return once opened,

  • Digital content (software or downloads) once delivery has begun with the customer’s consent,

  • Newspapers, magazines, or similar publications (except subscriptions).


5. Special Conditions for Discounted Items

Items with a 30% discount or more can only be returned if they are unused and in their original packaging.
For reasons of fairness, Lynelle reserves the right to decline returns of heavily discounted items if they show signs of use, damage, or missing packaging.


6. Value Reduction

You are only liable for any reduction in the item’s value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality.


7. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@bylynelle.com, including your order number and any relevant photos.
In such cases, we will provide a free replacement, repair, or full refund.
